Having been in the real estate industry for over 40 years, I consider myself to be not only somewhat of an expert in the field, but also a specialist. My clients appreciate my attention to every detail, my commitment to quality service, and above all, my understanding of their special needs throughout the entire transaction. Being organized and on top of everything is also key!

As a Seller, you deserve an agent who is all in and delivers exceptional service during the course of selling your home. I bring my marketing savvy to the table and you will find that my unwavering commitment and dedication will produce results. Plus, when you have your finger on the pulse of the real estate market every day, that shows you who is truly invested and best at selling property. #noexcuses

As a Buyer, you also deserve an agent who represents you and has your best interests in mind, who can help you navigate the process of buying a home. Whether you are a first-time buyer or this is your third one, you will want someone who will really work for you, who knows the right financing (there is such a thing) and who will make your buying experience as easy as possible for you and your family. #results

Nelson has been one of the top producing broker/owners in the ERA system since 1980.  He and his company have been in the top 10 companies in the ERA system for the past 15 years.  He has also been one of the top fundraisers for Muscular Dystrophy every year since 1977 and has raised over $600,000.

This trailblazer is also an author of two books: How to Have a Successful Real Estate Business…and a Real Life at the Same Time and Be a Consultant…Not Just a Salesperson. He also mentors realtors all over the country, and of course those in his office. He is a senior GRI instructor as well as a national speaker and trainer for over 25 years. Nelson has earned the following designations:  CRB, CRS, GRI, PMN, SRES and ABR.

You may ask yourself why designations are important. Like some other professions, it takes time, money, and attending classes to obtain specialized designations. These show Nelson's commitment to totally representing you as a Seller or Buyer (and very few realtors have obtained all of these designations).

Nelson has been a member of the Framingham Rotary Club since 1997 and is very involved in the local community, serving on numerous local and state boards throughout his lifetime. For the past 20 years, he has been coaching a high-school-aged boys’ team for the TBA basketball league. He also enjoys giving his time to organizations like Hoops for Homework, a program set up to help underprivileged children, providing healthy snacks, activities, and of course, help with homework.

When he isn’t working, he enjoys watching any type of ball game or reading a good book, and spending time with his family: wife Joan, daughter Sherry, her husband Stephen, and their daughter, and son Scott, his wife Brandee, and their daughter.

Born and raised in Boston, he is a graduate of Boston Latin School, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of Massachusetts at Boston.
